Nick Hodapp
Nick Hodapp has worked in the Real Estate industry in Colorado for over 9 years. As a Colorado native, Nick has sought to provide the highest possible standards and returns to his clients through a diligent and analytic approach to every transaction.
Prior to real estate Nick served as Director of Investor relations for a publicly traded MLP. Having assisted in the structuring of several successful corporate investments and transactions, Nick took his passion for investing back to the real estate industry. Over the past four years Nick has been a part of acquiring and managing over $200MM of real estate assets. In addition to real estate, Nick remains active in his community though multiple volunteering efforts.
Eric Gruber
For the past 12 years Eric has worked in the construction industry. He began work as an all-purpose laborer, advancing to Field Supervisor, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and most recently, Director of Operations at Khaya Real Estate. Due to his extensive experience, Eric has developed a comprehensive working knowledge of management, operation systems and policies, and efficient workflows. Eric aspires to strengthen and empower the company and communities in which her serves and views his work as a reflection of himself and the company.
Kristian Kos
Kristian Kos is CEO and founder of MidCentral Energy Partners, formed in June of 2010. Mr. Kos has been involved in various aspects of the energy industry from 2005, working at multiple oilfield service- and energy-related start-ups and founding NYSE:NSLP in 2012. Prior to entering the energy industry, Mr. Kos worked in the financial sector for hedge fund manager Wexford Capital LP. Mr. Kos was a professional rugby player, spanning his career in France, South Africa, and Ireland (where he is originally from). Mr. Kos earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland in 1999. He also earned a Master of Philosophy degree in Economics from the University of Aix-Marseille, France in 2000.
